take a hike report preview

Take a Hike

This is the final report for a semester long project in my SMAD User Interaction Design course in Fall 2018. I selected a problem, and conducted extensive user research in order to build a prototype of an app (created in Axure RP) to solve the problem. I created an app to solve the issue that people are not connecting enough with national and state parks, in part due to a lack of accessible trail information. This final report for class outlines my research, design process and design solutions. Click the image or the title to learn more.

Kristen's Travels

Kristen's Travels came to Digital Minerva seeking a completely revamped website. I contributed a lot to this site, along with my supervisors. I largely designed the trips page, the homepage, and the "Why Kristen's" page. This site was created in WordPress using the Divi page builder in the Summer of 2019.
