Challenge

While working at Rocket Pop Media, ATiR Natural Nail Care came to us looking for a digital rebrand. They needed a new website, social media management, and weekly email marketing campaigns, all complete with a new and cohesive brand. While they do have multiple locations around VA, ATiR was looking to shift their online focus to their product line instead of on-site services. And they wanted to educate the general public on the importance of nail care.

Solutions

  • Rebrand: After creative briefs and meetings with the client, we laid down the frame work for their new visual and contextual brand. We decided on a clean, modernized, sleek brand that married their clinical style of nail care with the aesthetic side of manicures.
  • Site Redesign: With this in mind I redesigned their site to align with their new brand, and to drive product sales over on-site services. As their brand strategist I also wrote all of the copy for the new site, to ensure cohesive messaging throughout and to educate the customer base on the importance of nail care.
  • Social Media Management: I also managed their social media accounts and created on-brand content weekly. Under my management, their Instagram saw a 42% follower increase in just a few months – without any influencers or paid ads.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: I also work to research/develop the content, copy write, and design ATiR’s weekly email marketing campaigns to their customers. Currently the average open rate is an average of 62% in an industry that typically has an open rate of 16.6%.
